1. In memory of Granny Gaynor, Granny Stewart and all absent family and friends. Instead of wedding gifts, we would be grateful if you would consider making a donation to the Beatson Cancer Charity.
  2. This fund has been started in loving memory of one of life's special people Margaret Elizabeth Calderwood. The initial donation of £500 was collected at her funeral service and we hope to keep building upon this fund to help the Beatson continue in their care, support, and treatment for all those fighting cancer.
  3. Neil was the loveliest man; his kindness and thoughtfulness of others in life lives on, as his wish was to raise money for Colon cancer research to help others survive this dreadful illness.
  4. In memory of our Father, we try to raise awareness and funds for this fantastic charity.

  8. I am travelling to Nova Scotia on the 9th October a place Julie and I had many chats about. Julie had been and loved her trip and I was keeping my fingers crossed that one day I would be able to go. Julie was sadly taken from us suddenly on 11th July 19 and not long after I was asked to take part in a trip organised by WestJet Airlines to Nova Scotia. I picked up the phone and started dialling Julie's extension to tell her as soon as I found out - she was the first person I wanted to tell...... I can think of no better place to raise funds for the Beatson who took such great care of her and will be hiking the Skyline Trail (on the Cabot Trail at the top of French Mountain) on the 14th Oct in memory of our beloved Julie.

  18. Our mum, Janette, sadly died on March 21st 2019 after a short battle with Leukemia. While getting intense chemotherapy at the Beatson hospital The Beatson Cancer Charity provided her with great support.  Their supported her through everything - from showing her wigs and headwear when she was losing her hair, to painting her nails making her feel special when, perhaps, she didn’t feel special; and not forgetting the fancy coffees that rekindled the love of coffee that she lost after her diagnosis. She would have loved to say thank you to everyone who helped her, and allow more people to benefit from the great work of The Beatson Cancer Charity.

  20. In 2017 my amazing Mum Janis was given the devastating news that she had a rare Neuroendocrine Tumour in her lower Bowel and so her journey begun with the Beatson. No matter how she felt the team at the Beatson always went that extra mile, which stuck in our minds when we had to say goodbye. So with Mum in our hearts and thoughts we want to give something back to say thank you.
