1. A tribute to a beloved husband dad & grampa
  2. During Andy’s battle with prostate cancer, he spent his last few difficult weeks being cared for at the Beatson. He was treated with love and dignity and we (his family) were comforted and supported throughout his arduous and heartbreaking journey. We would like to continue to raise money for the Beatson in his loving memory.
  3. Marie Strong was a wonderful mother to Jonathan and June, loving wife to Andrew, and a generous and loving grandmother to Mhairi, Lorna, Emma, and Laura. She devoted her life to the service of her community and was an inspiration to all those who knew her. Her family was left devastated by her passing earlier this year and created this fund to support the hospital that was instrumental to her early diagnosis of cancer. While her loss can never be replaced, her family hopes that the funds collected by this tribute can be used to support other patients and families as they journey through the challenging experience of cancer.
  4. When my husband was diagnosed with cancer we were transferred to the Beatson who did such a wonderful job looking after him.

  5. In memory of Granny Gaynor, Granny Stewart and all absent family and friends. Instead of wedding gifts, we would be grateful if you would consider making a donation to the Beatson Cancer Charity.
  6. This fund has been started in loving memory of one of life's special people Margaret Elizabeth Calderwood. The initial donation of £500 was collected at her funeral service and we hope to keep building upon this fund to help the Beatson continue in their care, support, and treatment for all those fighting cancer.
  7. Neil was the loveliest man; his kindness and thoughtfulness of others in life lives on, as his wish was to raise money for Colon cancer research to help others survive this dreadful illness.
  8. In memory of our Father, we try to raise awareness and funds for this fantastic charity.

  12. I am travelling to Nova Scotia on the 9th October a place Julie and I had many chats about. Julie had been and loved her trip and I was keeping my fingers crossed that one day I would be able to go. Julie was sadly taken from us suddenly on 11th July 19 and not long after I was asked to take part in a trip organised by WestJet Airlines to Nova Scotia. I picked up the phone and started dialling Julie's extension to tell her as soon as I found out - she was the first person I wanted to tell...... I can think of no better place to raise funds for the Beatson who took such great care of her and will be hiking the Skyline Trail (on the Cabot Trail at the top of French Mountain) on the 14th Oct in memory of our beloved Julie.
