Carole was diagnosed with a rare form of T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma in April 2023.

She underwent intensive chemotherapy treatment and a bone marrow stem cell transplant in November 2023.

After returning home on the 25th November to Isolate and recover from her treatment the cancer unfortunately returned and Carole passed away peacefully on the 18th February, 2024.

Carole’s husband Strachan, daughter Jennifer and son Stuart would like to thank all the consultants, nurses, and staff at Forth Valley Royal Hospital Larbert, The Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Ward 4b and the Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre.

You all did your very best for Carole who fought bravely to the end but it was just not to be.

Carole was a wonderful loving wife, immensely proud mother, and doting Nana. She was a life-long friend to so many the list is endless. She will be greatly missed.

The sum of £1144.40 was raised on the day of Carole’s funeral and this has now increased to £1500.
