Tom sadly passed away on the 29th May, after valiantly battling cancer.. A collection has already been made at the funeral but we wanted to give people who were unable to attend the funeral the opportunity to remember Tom and to donate to a charity that provided such warmth and care for Tom during his cancer journey.
