Jane Weir Tribute
Jane passed away after a 2 year battle with NETs (Neuro Endocrine Tumours). Although the cancer was slow growing, in the 10 plus years she had it prior to detection it had damaged other organs and eventually led to her death. This fund has been set up to help give back to The Beatson who offered such tremendous support to Jane.

When fighting her battle, Jane showed enormous strength of character. Towards the end she accepted her fate without complaint and while everyone else struggled to come to terms with it she remained strong. She was always there to help in anyway she could regardless of the situation and will be missed by a great many people.
